Cheap Thrills

If I didn't think it was totally unrealistic, I'd vow to never spend money on another toy for Colin. We have countless toys for him to play with, yet he has always preferred the unconventional ones. First it was Tupperware, then grocery bags, then leaves and rocks, and now big sticks. There's something to be said for the simple pleasures, I guess.

  1. too funny.
but it's good that he can use his imagination. there are a lot of kids that MUST have toys to entertain themselves. Good for Colin :)

  2. my daughter seems to be the same way. she can play with a new box of diapers or little plastic bowls forever....

  3. Hahaha, looks like he's having a good time! I wish I could be that easily entertained.

    Also: wink, wink. Shhhh.

  4. Ouch - after the third picture I was expecting tears, but looks like he was still have fun in the next shot!

  5. Oh my goodness, your son is too cute for words! Love your writing style and the way you tell a story---just precious!

Also, thank you for your kind words on my blog. *smile*

Have a wonderful day, and I will be back for more recipes. =) ~Liz
