Show and Tell

This is my blog version of the elementary classic, "Show and Tell". I want to show you 2 websites and then tell you about each of them.

First up is courtesy of Kentucky Mama, who has an adorable little girl! Last week she posted about this great website called How Fast They Grow. It allows you to make digital scrapbook pages from downloaded photos. How great is that for us moms who want to document our children's lives but can't find the time to do it. I'll still have to have my 3-D, crafty pages for a creative outlet, but add a few of these in and I've saved myself quite a few hours. I just ordered some this week so I'll report back when I see them in person. Until then, if you're interested they mailed me a coupon code for 20% your entire purchase from now until June 21st maybe? I can't remember the date but if you want the code, leave me a comment and I'll hook you up.

The second website may not be new to you but it was to me. And the best part is that my male, middle-aged, uber preppy boss is the one who told me about it! Apparently he has a friend who's a hedge manager of a fund that zones in on the latest trends and their corresponding stores. He asks me today if I know what the hippest and hottest store/website is right now? I guessed Target, then H&M, then Forever 21, but all were wrong (he did say Target was a good guess though - mad props to me and Target). It's called Topshop and it started in England. There is one here, in NYC, of course. They describe themselves as offering "cutting edge style with purse-friendly prices..." In this economy, no wonder they're doing well. It's a touch too trendy for me but at least I can see what the "cool" people are wearing. Don't tell me I'm the only one who hadn't heard of this!

Do you have any cool website discoveries you'd like to share?
