Weekly Menu - Week 13

My notes:  

I'm using non-meat alternatives for both the rice bowl and the chicken sandwiches.  For those of you not familiar with these products, I can tell you both the Gardein Chipotle Lime Strips and the Quorn Chicken Patties are definite winners.  The best part?  You don't have to worry about biting into a gristle or other mystery meat!

Most of these meals are either quick to prepare or can be made ahead.  We have some extra-curricular activity almost every night this week!  This is my first attempt to prove the nay sayers wrong that you can put a meal on the table and not have to eat fast food when your kids are involved in sports and other after school activities.  Stay tuned next week to see if we made it!
