FYI Friday

1.  Do you ever miss the old square pizza and corn school lunch?  I rarely ate it but I'm pretty sure Wes would eat it every day of his life.  So would you go to a restaurant that served school lunch?  
2.  Sinfully delicious and relatively healthy too?  Say it's not so.
3.  Butter is better.  "They" say so.  It must be true.
4.  Do you practice yoga?  I need to do something more than just think about it.  I'm very intrigued by the meditation, relaxation part.  
5.  Can you stand the cuteness?  Sometimes I can't either and I can't resist planting a big one on those adorable cheeks!

    My friend and I were talking about school lunches recently. Remember the triangular-prism shaped icee/popsickle things? Those were awesome :) I don't do yoga, but I have in the past. I liked it. Lululemon has free yoga on Saturday mornings and West 6th is about to start free yoga, too!

    Does this mean Lexington is getting a new school lunch restaurant??
    Butter is our friend, that is an interesting switch from when we were kids and it was marketed as evil. Imagine my surprise when my doctor tells me this year to actually INCREASE my intake of butter and heavy cream. Would you believe the increase has not caused a single pound to join my thighs. Unbelievable. I like this switch in science and nutrition!
